From development, ownership, management, supplier and consulting backgrounds, our management team is leading a company that is committed to enabling streamlined, efficient procurement for buyers and suppliers alike.


Jason Shuster, President and CEO
  Jason is a leading operations executive recognized for his ability to create demand for products and services, develop new markets and business lines and strengthen client relationships. Prior to launching Shuster360, Jason served as the Executive Vice President of Project Administration at at a nationally recognized interior design & procurement firm where he was instrumental in the successful implementation of their proprietary project management platform.


Prior to that position, Jason was the EVP of Sales at this firm, where he was responsible for architecting the business development strategy and led a series of strategic initiatives including departmental reorganization, new product development, software implementation, and pricing strategy.

Devon Shuster, COO
  Devon joined Shuster360 in 2005 and leads the company’s operations, implementation and consulting services. Under Devon's leadership, the company's operations have been completely overhauled to align with the changing needs of our addressable markets. Particularly skilled in optimizing business processes to maximize efficiency and reduce operating costs, Devon has consistently delivered record profitability while increasing overall client satisfaction.


Prior to joining Shuster360, Devon was an attorney at a large Minneapolis law firm practicing primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation and corporate governance.

Belinda Cain, VP of Supplier Relations
  Belinda joined Shuster360 in 2006 and leads the company’s seller relations and contract development activities. Prior to joining Shuster360, Belinda served as a Senior Buyer at McKesson (NYSE: MCK), the nation's largest pharmaceutical distributor, where she was responsible for managing procurement, sourcing and inventory requirements for the Private Label division.


Prior to McKesson, Belinda served as a Senior Buyer at a nationally recognized interior design & procurement firm where she led procurement initiatives for the Candlewood Suites hotel chain, as well as several major long term care organizations.
